The Vinnytsia Humanitarian Aid Hub was established in March 2022 to support the Ukrainian army, assist communities affected by the enemy, and support internally displaced persons.
Its creation was initiated by the Vinnytsia City Council, businesses provided storage facilities, and the Community Foundation «Podilska Hromada» became the coordinator of its activities.
In 2025, The Vinnytsia Humanitarian Aid Hub received 76 trucks of humanitarian aid from partners in Ukraine and abroad and closed 974 requests. That is how many humanitarian aid transfer and acceptance certificates were issued, which averages out to almost three closed requests per day.
In total, since the start of the full-scale invasion, as of early 2026, the Vinnytsia Humanitarian Aid Hub has processed 3517 requests, received 2363 tons of humanitarian cargo, and redirected 2327 tons of aid as needed.
And these are not one-off actions. These are processes, a team, and a transparent system with acts of receipt and transfer, responsibility and trust
