The Community Foundation «Podilska Hromada» provides comprehensive support to civil society organizations and government agencies seeking to strengthen their capacity and ensure the sustainability of their activities. We organize a school for newly established CSOs, conduct facilitated sessions on strategic planning and communication strategy development, workshops on writing project proposals, and consultations at all stages of project implementation— from idea to reporting.
We pay special attention to adapting fundraising tools to specific projects, as well as to training through workshops, mentoring programs, and consultations on management, fundraising, communications, implementation of Sustainable Development Goals, reporting, advocacy, and more.
In addition, we offer our own training course, «Business and CSOs: Duel or Cooperation», hold grant competitions and scholarship programs, organize integration meetings for dialogue between the government and the community, and host partnership events and social initiatives.
