The Community Foundation "Podilska Hromada" held its public annual report event for 2025. The evening brought together partners, donors, and representatives from business, healthcare, education, security, and civil society — everyone who was part of the work throughout the year. This was not just a presentation of results, but a moment to pause, look back, and see the real people behind every number — those whose decisions and efforts turned ideas into concrete action.
A key part of the evening was hearing directly from the Foundation's partners and beneficiaries, who shared stories of real change that happened through collaboration. Each story answered a simple question: why does the Foundation exist, and what actually changes in the community because of this work.
A separate highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Space for Partnership and Philanthropy — the Foundation's new office, currently under renovation. This is not just a new workspace, but an infrastructure for developing philanthropy, training civil society organizations, and building dialogue between business, government, and community. The fundraising campaign for the renovation is still open.
In 2025, the Foundation completed 18 projects and initiatives, with 4 more currently underway. It ran 8 grant competitions and 2 scholarship programs, supporting 39 grant winners and 29 scholarship recipients. Humanitarian work reached partners in 17 countries — 44 international and 9 Ukrainian partners joined in supporting the community. The Foundation transferred 52 vehicles and 2 buses to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, along with tonnes of humanitarian cargo and hundreds of transfer documents. The eco-initiative «Кришечки вкидай — своїм допомагай» covered 190 collection points. As part of the Support Garden initiative, 2,780 trees and shrubs were planted. The Foundation signed 9 memorandums of cooperation and received over 240 media mentions. It also received 26 letters of appreciation, 2 diplomas, and an award in the «United Community» category at the ISAR Yednannia 2025 Awards.
The Foundation sincerely thanks everyone who was part of this evening and this year. Special thanks to the event partners — BiBiFood, COFFEE BORODA, Heroes Bookstore, and Misto Zmistiv Hub — for helping create a warm and meaningful atmosphere.
The public event was organized as part of the project "Strong Community: Trust, Space, Partnership", implemented by the Foundation following a competitive selection for Community Foundations of Ukraine within the "People for People" program, with funding raised by NGO ISAR Yednannia from private individuals and organizations.
