The «SpilnoFond» Partnership Project aimed to teach communities how to mobilize resources to solve local problems through the collaboration of authorities, businesses, and the public. The project was implemented by the «Podilska Hromada» Community Foundation in partnership with the «MHP-Gromadi» Charitable Foundation and with the support of ISAR Ednannia.

Involved 36 teams in their communities
Within the project:
- 15 informational meetings were held in 5 regions of Ukraine (Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, and Lviv oblasts)
- 54 teams (108 participants) from various communities took part in training sessions on project management, fundraising, and communications
- 40 teams conducted successful resource mobilization campaigns in their communities
- 40 monitoring visits were conducted by coordinators
- 36 project proposals received co-financing and were successfully implemented in communities
- 10 video stories were produced, showcasing successful projects and resource mobilization tools
- 25 teams from 5 regions participated in the large-scale SpilnoForum — the project’s final event
